SAPA Pegadaian 1.5.0

The SAPA Pegadaian application serves as a comprehensive platform for assistance and transaction services, accessible to both customers and non-customers of Pegadaian at any time and from any location in real-time. Its design incorporates an integration of all contact center channels, enabling real-time handling of inquiries and complaints with a user-friendly experience.

There are two types of users authorized to access the SAPA Pegadaian app: Login Users and Non-Login Users. Login Users have full access to all features within the application, whereas Non-Login Users are limited to four primary functionalities:

• Pegadaian:

Telephone / Voice Call: This feature allows users—both customers and non-customers—to obtain information or resolve issues via voice calls, free of charge and without incurring any credit costs.

Video Call: Similar to the voice call, the video call feature provides visual communication for information retrieval or problem resolution, also free of charge.

Live Chat - WhatsApp: Users are redirected directly to Pegadaian’s official WhatsApp contact (“Kontak Pegadaian”) where specialized agents provide assistance, answer questions, or resolve issues in real time.

Live Chat: This feature permits users to enter their personal information—including name, email, and phone number—to initiate a chat session directly within the app.

Email: Both customers and non-customers can be directed to Pegadaian’s official email ([email protected]) to seek assistance or request information.

Social Media: Users are guided to Pegadaian's official social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram) for support or information dissemination.

Additionally, users can track the status of their complaints through the ticket progress feature within the app. Beyond complaint management, SAPA Pegadaian offers transaction functionalities that are exclusively accessible to registered customers who have completed account registration within the application.
